It’s a two-person team. I lead product and design, and we both build it. We hand-built the early app and shifted to agentic coding workflows as the tooling matured, which is how we added CloudKit sync and shared plans (I share ours with my wife). The hard problems were design and correctness: the screen has to carry a lot of timing data while staying simple, and the data model has to be right because we depend on it to make our own flights.
